It can be seen that a fair amount of effort has gone into the theming of Junction 8 Food Junction. The bright stripes of the decor reflect the charm of a retro diner complete with a traditional jukebox, vinyl-inspired furnishings, and old-school cushioned booth seating.
That’s not all. Look at the people behind the counter and you will notice that even they are dress in classic diner uniforms.
Food Junction at Junction 8 also feels like a two-in-one.
Why? Because as you wander deeper into food court. Tucked in a cosy corner lies the nostalgic entrance of a traditional Japan Street inviting you into an intimate culinary journey.
Inside this area, which makes you feel as if you have been transported to scene from a Japanese festival, there are six Korean and Japanese food stalls.
Staff at the Japan Street area are also dressed up to the theme – they are wearing traditional Japanese Chef uniforms.
