Pratas with a twist at Atrium Restaurant
Atrium Restaurant’s buffet has three types of sweet and savoury Pratas. The first is a Mango & Coconut Prata. Featuring the popular combination of mango and coconut with prata, this creamy and sweet combination is also seen in popular desserts such as mango sago and mango sticky rice. Diners can dip their prata in warm coconut sauce that accompanies the mango prata dish!
The second is their Dessert Chocolate & Banana Prata which is inspired by the hotel’s well-loved seasonal Chocolate & Banana Log cake. Enjoy the sweetness of chocolate sauce drizzled over banana slices wrapped with the savoury goodness of prata.
As a weekend treat, there will also be an exclusive Durian Prata which is only available on Saturdays & Sundays. Durian lovers can treat themselves with bittersweet and creamy durian puree tucked neatly in a crispy layer of prata.
