Dominating the Tembusu Park playground is its tall treehouse-themed play structure.

three interconnected structures

Made up of three interconnected structures, a feature of this first play area is a straight open slide that come down from more than two metres above the ground. Parents may wish to keep an eye on younger kids who may be giving it a go.

Kids can scale a ladder to reach the open slide, or they can also make their way up via the other two towers, crawling through a net tunnel.

warped net

This play area also features an interesting warped net that serves as a fun obstacle.

seats integrated into the play structure

There are also seats integrated into the play structure, making it convenient for parents and caregivers to be close by while watching the kids at play. The perforated panels also allow parents to keep an eye of the kids while they are at play.

This playground is designed for kids between the ages of 5 to 12 years old.

Play Area with Triple Slide at Tembusu Park

Carrying on the treehouse theme is a second play structure can be found a short distance away. This one is lower and less daunting.

Here, there are more opportunities for kids to climb with various warped walls leading up to the playground’s elevated platform.

Kids (and parents) can play together by taking the triple slide for a fun way back to the ground.

Sand Play Area

An interesting feature that can be found at the Tembusu Park playground is a sand play area.

The sand pit has a series of play equipment that is designed to look like conveyor belt or assembly line.

Starting from one end, kids can scoop up sand and then roll it along a conveyor belt to a bucket.

weighing scale

At the far end of the assembly line, there is a weighing scale where kids can play-pretending that they are measuring up the completed product.

Zipline, Trampoline, Swings and More

Zipline

As if all the above were not enough, the Tembusu Park playground offers even more play opportunities for kids and families.

There is a zipline where kids can fly across from one platform to another.

large netted spinner

Or how about hopping into a large netted spinner and experience the world whizzing by. The spinner at Tembusu Park looks more than large enough to accommodate multiple kids at a time.

Younger ones that don’t want to miss out on the spinning fun can sit inside a tub-style merry-go-round too.

long "plank see-saw"

There are also swings for kids to enjoy as well as a long “plank see-saw” where they can sway up and down.

Spin Racer

For some competitive fun, how about riding the Spin Racer and see who can pedal faster.
