Decked out in splashes of orange, *SCAPE is a hub for youth activities along Orchard Road. The building first opened back in 2010, it is now in its teens and it has recently been revamped (its third makeover actually) and there are now a new mix of food and places to grab a bite to eat, as well as retail stores moving in. Most importantly, it is once again providing a space for community and youth to gather with different hang out spaces.
*SCAPE is a non-profit organisation and Institution of Public Character and is committed to empowering the youth by offering programmes, communities, and spaces that support their interests, ideas, and aspirations.

If you are wondering why there is an asterisk at the start of *SCAPE, that’s because it serves as a wildcard – providing space for open-ended and bold ideas. The design of the logo also points towards street art and youth culture.
