Lather on the tomato paste base and pile on the topping to make your own mini pizza at Rhombus Pizza.
This small restaurant at the WIS@Changi building along Changi Road offers an all-you-can-eat mini pizza buffet. Diners can choose their pizza toppings and make their own mini pizzas at the table.
Pizza Oven at the Table
At the heart of the pizza buffet is the Pizzarette electric pizza oven.
With a terracotta dome-shaped housing, it looks like a fun-sized version of a wood-fired pizza. These electric ovens are imported from the Netherlands and feature heating elements that crisps both the top and bottom of pizzas.

Become a Creative Pizza Chef
The fun of the experience is pretending to be a little pizza chef – concocting various topping combinations and using the Pizzarette oven to “bake” it at the table.
Rhombus Pizza offers a variety of toppings that include meats, sausages, onions, pineapples, mushrooms and more.
To get started, pick out your choice of toppings from the buffet line onto a plate and bring it back to your table.
Next, prime a plain pizza bread with the tomato-based pizza sauce.
You can then load up the pizza with the toppings, a sprinkling of cheese, and then use the spatula to place your creation inside the oven.
Four to six minutes later and the mini pizza is toasted and ready for eating.
Shape Your Pizza Any Way You Like It
And who says you need to stick to standard combinations like Hawaiian or Pepperoni. How does a Hawaiian Pepperoni with Prawns, Mushrooms and Olives Pizza sound?
Too much?
You have 90 minutes to experiment with flavour combinations to your heart’s content – or till your stomach is full.
And who says pizzas have to be savoury? Make your own sweet pizzas with the colourful toppings available.
Chocolate sauce, crushed Oreos, rainbow sprinkles and even fresh bananas are some of the sweet ingredients available at Rhombus Pizza. This may well turn out to be a perfect ending to your meal.
In addition to the pizzas, the buffet includes free-flow of drinks, chicken bolognaise spaghetti and mushroom soup.
