Paradise Group brings a new dining concept at Jewel Changi Airport: LeMa Dumpling. Known for its focus on traditional Chinese cuisine, Paradise Group’s latest venture offers Taiwanese‑style dumplings and yummy mains at prices designed to suit families. With an emphasis on comfort food and familiar flavours, it is a place where travellers and locals can stop for a satisfying meal before or after a journey.
LeMa Dumpling’s Debut Spot in Jewel Changi Airport

The name “LeMa” means both “happiness” and “mother” in Chinese, which hints at the inspiration for the concept. This sense of home‑cooked comfort is what LeMa hopes to offer to the various diners as they enjoy the food. The Jewel Changi Airport outlet is the first of its kind, but Paradise Group has announced plans to expand LeMa Dumpling to five locations within the first year and eventually reach 20 outlets across Singapore.
LeMa Dumpling’s menu centres on poached or pan‑fried dumplings filled with combinations of pork or prawn, paired with vegetables such as corn, cabbage, or chive. Diners can enjoy them as a snack, part of a meal, or alongside other mains including noodles, fried rice, soups, and sides.

Jumbo Dumplings with Fresh Fillings
One of the main attractions at LeMa Dumpling is the size of its dumplings. Each one weighs around 28g, which is noticeably larger than the usual 15 to 22g taiwanese style dumplings. They are handmade with imported US pork and contain no preservatives. The dumpling skin is thin yet strong enough to hold the fillings, which stay juicy after cooking.
The fillings are simple but thoughtfully chosen. Diners can select from combinations such as pork and corn, pork and cabbage, pork and chive, or swap the pork for prawn. These are available either poached for a lighter option or pan‑fried for a crisp base. Whichever cooking style is chosen, the dumplings retain a succulent texture and balanced flavour.
Prices range from $3.95 to $5.45 for five pieces, with a minimum order of two portions per cooking style. Flavours can be mixed, allowing diners to try different combinations in one sitting.
Our favourite dumplings were the prawn and chive ones, but we also really enjoyed the pork and corn dumplings that had a slightly sweeter filling. We gravitated towards the dumplings being pan-fried because we enjoyed the crispiness of the dumplings, but overall appreciated the wide variety and combinations of the dumplings that we could choose from.
Noodles, Rice and Soups for All Tastes
Although dumplings are the main attraction, the rest of the menu at LeMa Dumpling is just as thoughtfully designed. The QQ Noodles are available in dry or soup styles. The Signature “Dan Dan” Noodle has a mild kick without overwhelming the dish, while the scallion oil noodles offer a rich and savoury alternative for those who prefer a non-spicy option.
Those looking for something heartier can opt for the Shrimp Egg Fried Rice, a comforting and fragrant dish that comes in other versions too, including Ham Egg, Shredded Pork and Diced Chicken. A stir-fried noodle version is also available.
We also sampled the Shredded Pork with Pickled Vegetable Soup, which had a tangy, homestyle taste. There are six soup choices in total, such as the Egg Drop Seaweed Soup and Dumpling Soups, which complement the mains well.
To round out the meal, there are side dishes that are easy to share. Options include Crispy Golden Tofu, Fried Pork Chop and Braised Beancurd, all simple, familiar favourites that work well alongside the main dishes.
A Self-Serve Station That Adds Value
One thing we appreciated at LeMa was the Sauce and Drink Station. At no extra cost, diners can enjoy LeMa’s signature dumpling dipping sauce and help themselves to free-flow water chestnut and soya bean drinks, which adds both flavour and value to the overall experience.
LeMa Dumpling at Jewel Changi Airport
LeMa Dumpling keeps things simple and comforting by offering generously sized dumplings made with fresh, well-chosen ingredients. The variety of fillings and cooking styles provides plenty of options for different preferences and there are many options for other mains, soups and sides. With so many combinations to try, we’d happily come back for another round.
