Tengah has no shortage of interesting playgrounds and you can now add the Garden Bloom @ Tengah Playgrounds to its collection. Garden Bloom @ Tengah has two playgrounds – one themed after an ixora flower and another after a butterfly, which would naturally be attracted to the ixora plant.
Garden Bloom @ Tengah Playground: Super Flower Playground
Designed for kids between the ages of 5 and 12 years, the Super Flower Playground at Garden Bloom @ Tengah can be found in front of Block 241A, next to the Common Green.
This children’s playground is designed to be a dreamy and enchanting garden planted with various size of ixora flowers.

The star of the playground is the Ixora Play Tower. Sprouting up from the ground, the play tower offers different climbing opportunities for kids.
They can make their way up the tower using the hammocks and nets in the tower. Reaching to the top of the yellow structure, there is a yellow slide that will take them back down to the ground.
On the exterior of the Ixora Play Tower, there is a green leaf that shelters some low climbing obstacles.
There is also a Forest Hammock where kids can enjoy a series of low hammocks. Or they can hang out at the Hammock Leaf, a single hammock where they can rock back and forth.
Other features at the Super Flower Playground include a Coconut Rope Swing. This can accommodate multiple kids at a time.

Super Butterfly Playground
What do flowers attract? Butterflies, of course!
Designed for kids aged 2 to 5 years old, the Super Butterfly Playground is located next to Block 241C and the multi-storey car park, 243.
Here, kids can pretend to make their way through the life stages of a butterfly.
Start off as a caterpillar and try crawling up the play mound. Or burrow through the mound using the tunnel that runs through it.
Then, head over to the colourful cocoon spinner. Hideaway for a moment or two while cradled inside the cocoon spinner.
Finally, emerge from the cocoon and transform into a beautiful at the Butterfly Play Tower.
Kids can enter into the Butterfly Play Tower either by using the net behind its wings or climbing up one of its wings using the handholds and grips provided. Inside, they can stare out the butterfly’s eyes before taking the slide back down again!
Garden Bloom @ Tengah Playground
The playgrounds at Garden Bloom @ Tengah are a nice addition to the many other playgrounds in the neighbourhood.
Just beside Garden Bloom @ Tengah is the Common Green, which is in between Garden Bloom and Copen Grand. There, you can find two more “super” playgrounds too!
