Flavours are in full bloom over at Food Republic, Suntec City, the recently revamped Suntec City food court located at #B1-115. The Suntec City food court has a refreshed garden, botanical and flower theme along with an all new mix of tenants.
There are eight new stalls at the revamped Suntec City food court, expanding the mix of cuisine available. These range from KL style noodles at The Noodle Memories to London Fat Roast that brings in the best quality Irish Ducks to a food court for the first time.
Other favourites that can be found at Food Republic Suntec City include Yuen Kee Dumpling and First Street Fried Prawn Noodles.
New Stalls at Food Republic, Suntec City Food Court
London Fat Roast
London Fat Roast is by London Fat Duck. It brings the best quality Irish Ducks, known as “the Wagyu of Ducks”, to a food atrium for the first time.
These ducks have been harvested at exactly 42 days old, ensuring the most tender of meats. London Fat Roast then uses a secret duck roasting technique and heritage recipe for their Signature Roast Duck that is flavourful and juicy.
You can also try the caramelised Iberico Char Siew or the Hong Kong Crackling Pork Belly.
The Noodle Memories
Offering KL-style flavours, The Noodle Memories was founded in 2021 by two young KL-born hawkers who were missing a taste from home. They make use of a 30-year family recipe in their authentic KL-style Chilli Pan Mee.
Noodles are handmade in store and tossed with a dried chilli mix made from eight special ingredients for a rich and spicy kick.
For a taste of tradition, try the Specialty Jumbo Noodle 古月全滿麵 (chicken cutlet, minced pork, black fungus, a soft-boiled egg, homemade fried bean curd skin atop tossed handmade noodles) or Specialty Dry Chili Noodle 古月乾辣椒麵 (chilli, minced pork, black fungus, fried shallots, and a glistening poached egg atop handmade noodles).
First Street Fried Prawn Noodles
First Street Teochew Fish Soup has expanded its offerings with the First Street Fried Prawn Noodles stall.
The fried prawn noodles at First Street Fried Prawn Noodles is wok-fried in a prawn broth slow-simmered for over six hours to extract natural sweetness and collagen for a rich, satisfying depth of flavour.
Yuen Kee Dumpling
Yuen Kee Dumpling is a crowd favourite and recognised among China’s Top 100 Food & Beverage Brands and crowned the Most Popular Dumpling Brand in China. Each dumpling is 100% handmade with delicate skin and a hearty, flavourful filling.
Stand outs include signature Shrimp and Crab Roe Pork Wonton, a plump dumpling generously filled with a perfect balance of juicy shrimp and rich crab roe.
