CHAGEE Pagoda House is the brand’s first-ever tea-and-retail concept in Singapore. Located along Pagoda Street in the heart of historic Chinatown, the new heritage concept store takes inspiration from the old teahouses — where merchants met, friends gathered, and stories flowed.
CHAGEE Pagoda House, Tea Store in Singapore’s Chinatown
CHAGEE Pagoda House breathes new life into what teahouses once represented in Chinatown: community, creativity, and connection. It is located inside a conservation shophouse.
The interior of the CHAGEE Chinatown store is based on the concept of a modern social living room.

It does so by blending heritage textures with contemporary design. When you walk into the store, you will be greeted by warm timber, patterned tiles, soft lighting, and communal seating that encourages people to pause and connect over tea.
To accompany the interior, the outside of the CHAGEE Chinatown store features a hand-painted mural by local creative collective Tell Your Children.
The artwork is titled “Where Jasmine meets Orchid” and it stretches across the façade.
An ode to Chinatown’s diversity, the mural symbolises the meeting of cultures and generations. It also reflects CHAGEE’s ongoing mission to bridge tradition and modernity through design.
CHAGEE First Retail Boutique in Singapore
CHAGEE Pagoda House is also home to the brand’s first retail store in Singapore.
The store features exclusive merchandise that extends tea culture into everyday life.
Shoppers can browse Singapore-exclusive collectibles, lifestyle items, and the limited capsule collection designed in collaboration with Tell Your Children, available only at this location while stocks last.
Here are the items that are available exclusively at CHAGEE Pagoda House:
- Pagoda House Oversized Tee: $39.90
- Heritage Embroidered Cap: $29.90
- Allover Cups Socks: $15.90
- Logo Crest Socks: $15.90
Experiences at the CHAGEE Pagoda House
Another first is that CHAGEE is introducing interactive cultural programming within its Pagoda House store.
From November onwards, visitors can look forward to activities such as calligraphy sessions led by local artists, inviting guests to try their hand at traditional brush art, and Nanyang-inspired conversation cards placed around communal tables to spark reflection and connection over tea.
There will also be guided photo walks through Chinatown, offering new perspectives on the neighbourhood’s textures, stories, and hidden gems.
These experiences will be rolled out progressively, turning Pagoda House into a lively weekend destination.
Opening Weekend Specials
To mark the milestone of the opening of the Chinatown store, CHAGEE will host a three-day Grand Opening celebration (31 October to 2 November) filled with fun and discovery.
Guests can enjoy a 1-for-1 Large drinks promotion and take part in the “Tear & Win” activity for a chance to win exciting prizes, including a luxury bag and the latest tech gadgets, alongside limited-edition CHAGEE merchandise.
Mediacorp artistes Zhang Ze Tong and Nick Teo will be in-store, serving tea and meeting fans up close — just like “store managers” for the day, giving everyone the chance to get their drinks from familiar faces while capturing their own tea moments.
