Located just next to the multi storey car park at Parc Woods @ Tengah is the Arcs Playground and Kiddiewinks’ Playground, a little neighbourhood play spot where kids can have curvy playtime.
When you arrive at the Parc Woods @ Tengah playground, it is immediately obvious where the Arc Playground gets its name from.
The playground is full of elliptical structures that emerge out of the ground to create elegant curves that give the play area its name.

These steel arcs hold a variety of play equipment, giving kids several different options to have fun, climb and move around the playground.
From one on the arcs, there is a hammock swing suspended. Kids can hop on to the low hammock to have a sway back and forth.
Another set of arcs hold a series of climbing equipment. There are ropes with disc shaped hand and foot holds that kids can use to climb and practise their motor skills as they move from rope to rope.
Yet another set of arcs are equipped with ladder rungs to provide kids with an alternative set of equipment to move across.
Challenge at the Arcs Playground
For an even bigger challenge, kids can attempt making their way along a set of parallel arcs that are fitted with ropes that provide additional help.
Even more climbing opportunities await at the arc fitted with a collection of hammocks.
A fun piece of equipment here at the Arcs Playground is the wavy net.
Play Hill
There is also a play hill or mound with a terrazzo open slide that kids can climb up for some variety. A series of rings are fitted into the side of the play mound serve as steps for kids to reach the top of the mound.
There is also a tunnel that runs through the little hill, as well as sound telephone tubes that kids can use to share secrets with each other through the mound.
Need to expend more energy? Kids can bounce away at a trampoline that is built into the playground’s floor.
Another feature that can be found at the playground is a wobbly board. Step onto this piece of play equipment and try to keep your balance while pretending that surf is up!

The Arcs Playground at Parc Woods @ Tengah provides a variety of play opportunities, all while riffing on arcs and elliptical structures.
