BOY and GIRL are good friends.
Together, they set off in search of the day of growing up.
The journey takes them into a magical forest where they encounter a mermaid, a bird fisherman, a sometimes-male-sometimes-female person…
And last but not least, the Forest King!
But where on earth is the day of growing up?

The Day of Growing Up is the second installment by Flying-Group Theatre, in their long-awaited return to Chinese Theatre Festival after the 2013 success of La Naissance, the first in a series that explores the theme of “growing up” in a simplistic yet vivid manner. The exquisitely handcrafted puppets, ingenious effect of lighting and shadows, and moving live music accompaniment, will draw you into the enchanting magical forest.

Tickets available through SISTIC.
