Do you know the difference between surnames and clan names in Chinese naming convention? What is the relationship between anthroponymy (the study of human names), linguistics, and phonetics? And are Chinese naming systems mere superstition, or a science on its own?

Venue: library@esplanade

Conducted in Mandarin.

This session will involve hands-on activities. Participants are advised to bring a pen and some paper.
