Light To Night Festival 2019: Close To 50 Programmes Over 6 Weeks

This weekend it’s all about art and the arts, with Singapore Art Week and its many associated programmes all taking place. There are also two children’s theatre festivals to enjoy, plus of course all the Lunar New Year festivities currently setting Chinatown abuzz.
