Singapore Zoo celebrates its 45th anniversary this year and it has planned a host of activities in June 2018 to mark the special occasion.

How well do you think you know the Singapore Zoo? Put your knowledge to the test with the “U-dunno-meh?” Checklist and rediscover the Singapore Zoo.

The list features 45 things you may not have known about Singapore Zoo. Go in search of the bronze statue of the original Ah Men and learn why there is a D24 durian tree planted nearby. Or find out when is the best time to pay a visit to the family of free-ranging Javan langurs. Or get hints about where to look out for wild colugos with Singapore Zoo.

The “U-dunno-meh?” Checklist will be available from 27 May to 26 June 2018.

Zoolymix 2018

Zoolymix is back for 2018. Families can pick up a Zoolympix booklet with lanyard at the headquarters opposite the Singapore Zoo retail store and head out to learn about the animals at the wildlife park. Complete the activity missions to earn exclusive animal badges.

The Zoolympix 2018 activities will be held on 26, 27 May, 2, 3, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 23 and 24 June (weekends only) between 10 am to 4 pm. The activity costs $4 to participate and is recommended for children from 4 years old. Registration for Zoolympix 2018 closes at 3.30 pm.

Other activities which will be taking place at Singapore Zoo during the June school holidays 2018 include screenings of animal films at Pavilion by the Lake (26 & 27 May), a Picnic in the Park (2 & 3 June) and bubbles performances at Rainforest Kidzword (15 to 17, 24 & 25 June).

There will also be flash mob performers around the park on 9 and 10 June.

In conjunction with Singapore Zoo’s 45thanniversary, there will also be special local residents promotion where for every adult ticket purchased, the next adult or child ticket purchased with enjoy a 45% discount. Terms and conditions apply.
