Little Day Out’s June School Holiday 2015 Guide

Holiday Guide

The June School Holidays are here. There is an amazing array of activities lined up that families can take part in and enjoy together during the holidays.

Head on down to Downtown East where the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will be making appearances and have setup a Dojo for your little ones to go to ninja school. Swing by Forest Adventure on Tuesdays for their Mid Week Tree Time or spend some unique time with your child in a Minion Dance and Latin Dancesport workshops by Wings to Wings Dance Development Centre.

Children’s Season is back with plenty of exciting activities at the museums around Singapore. Speaking of museums, visit the newly opened Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum to discover more about the world around us – and to see the three dinosaur fossils too of course.

Dinosaurs seem to have invaded the malls with a dino exhibits at United Square and Plaza Singapura. Watch out for Jurassic World, in cinemas from 11 June too.

For some whacky fun, check out the lighter side of the Arts at Esplanade’s Flipside festival. There also the live shows at the shopping malls and with Science Centre’s upgraded Omni-Theatre, live science shows that will take you to the stars too.

You can also head to the SEA Games Carnival, the racecourse for some animal fun and visit newly opened exhibits at the ArtScience Museum and the Singapore Pinacotheque at Fort Canning.
