The Singapore Lyric Opera’s Children’s Choir celebrates the December festive season with This Joy – A Choral Concert at the Esplanade Concert Hall.

The concert sees the Singapore Lyric Opera’s Children’s Choir, together with guest choirs from C.H.I.J (Kellock), Geylang Methodist Primary, Marsiling Primary School and White Sands Primary, presenting a programme that will feature memorable holiday tunes.

Also in the concert will be the Singapore Lyric Opera Chorus and the Singapore Lyric Opera’s community singing group, The Expressos.

Audiences will be entertained by songs such as Silent Night by Franz Xaver Gruber, The Christmas Song by Mel Torme and Robert Wells, and Ding Dong! Merrily on High arranged by Alan Smith. They will also be able to sing along with the 200-strong combined choir on stage.

This Joy – A Choral Concert takes place on 7 December 2013 at the Esplanade Concert Hall. No entry for infants in arms & children below 5 years old.

Tickets are available at $20, $25, $30 and $35 from SISTIC. Early bird promotion is on till 3 November.
