Asia’s first LEGOLAND Water Park opens on 21 October 2013 at Nusajaya, Johor, Malaysia. It is also the largest LEGOLAND Water Park in the world and comes a year after the opening of the LEGOLAND Malaysia Theme Park in 2012.
LEGOLAND Water Park Malaysia
The Water Park is targeted at families with young children and is fully LEGO-themed. Attractions at the new Water Park include a DUPLO Splashing Safari for toddlers, a Build-A-Raft lazy river, wave pool and, of course, exciting water slides.
A feature of the Water Park is the level of interactivity that attractions provide visitors. Multiple rider water slides including Red Rush, Twin Chasers and Brick Blaster, allow parents and children to enjoy the rides together. The Imagination Station Attraction allows kids to play with DUPLO blocks along a water channel, and Build-A-Raft River encourages play while floating along.
Speaking at the opening of the LEGOLAND Water Park, John Jakobsen, Managing Director of LEGOLAND Parks for Merlin Entertainments, said, “It’s incredibly exciting to be celebrating the expansion of LEGOLAND Malaysia and the opening of the Water Park is a major milestone in the transformation of LEGOLAND into a Resort – the perfect location for a family short break.”
Admission to the LEGOLAND Water Park requires a separate admission ticket from the neighbouring LEGOLAND Theme Park.
1-Day admission prices to the Water Park are RM105 (S$42) for adults, RM85 (S$33) for children between 3 and 11, and RM10 (S$4) for toddlers.

LEGOLAND Hotel Malaysia in 2014
The LEGOLAND Hotel is scheduled to open in early 2014, allowing families the choice of staying at the resort and enjoying both the Water Park and Theme Park over separate days. The 249-room hotel will be themed to allow guests to experience playing a Pirate, commanding a Kingdom or embarking on an Adventure. Interactive LEGO features will be found throughout the Hotel’s themed room and play areas. LEGOLAND Hotel guests will even get exclusive early access to selected LEGOLAND rides before the Park opens.
