We had a chance to receive and review an Aunty Hong gift set. The Spring Blossom Box ($88) is a gift box that you can customise with snacks of your choice.

The Spring Blossom Box is shaped like a traditional tiffin carrier.

You can choose two glass jars and one keropok snack to fill up the box.

Our came with Premium Prawn Rolls and Tom Yum Goong Cashews in glass bottles and a pack of Shrimp Fries.

Premium Prawn Rolls

Premium Prawn Rolls were crispy with a robust Hae Bee Hiam flavour. They are fried in coconut oil and had a satisfying crunch with every bite.

Tom Yum Goong Cashews

The Tom Yum Goong Cashews was a nice twist on the usual flavoured cashews. The nuts were candied with a layer of tom yum paste and the mix of chili pepper, lime leaves, lemongrass, and lime gave the snack a nice fragrance while the chili padi added a spicy kick.

This was our favourite snack in the Spring Blossom Box.

Tea

To accompany the snacks, the Spring Blossom Box also came with four types of tea: White Peach Oolong Tea, Da Hong Pao Tea, Osmanthus Long-Jing Tea and Sun Moon Lake Red Tea.
